Very cheap. They should be 15" try this place...... one for $48

Depends where you live on the planet.

Normally you should budget around $45 - $150 (USD) per tire depending on what quality you want.

Most retread tires now days are just as safe as brand new tires. But there is a question about traction during wet or slippery conditions.

If in the USA Cooper tires are good bang for the buck... and considering you are driving a minivan you probably have a family, so consider what they are worth to you before buying used or super cheap tires?
