Assuming that you can get most or all in working order, watch for the next "computer show" in your area. Usually for around $50 you can set up a table at the show and sell them "as is".

I work in the IT industry and get my hands on salvage machine regularly. Have tried ebay, but the hassle of keeping track of bidders and winners and addresses and shipping, etc, - when dealing with 50 machines at a time - is too much. The computer show is better. You unload them all in a weekend, and then disappear so they can not email you six months from now complaining that the PC died or asking how to do whatever...

If you have no way of testing them. You can try to sell them on Ebay. As a mystery laptop sale. Do a search for them and there around 3-5 people selling them for $1-$25 each and $25 shipping. Which the shipping is way to high for me. Thanks
