YesPaypal is very easy to use. All I had to do was put in my checking routing and account numbers. Wait. Paypal sent my account a deposit of to verify the account was correct. I entered the amount paypal deposited and my account was off and running. I have used to to make ebay purchases other website purchases, collect paypal payments and for money transfers. They don't charge a fee to send money or to buy something but do charge a small modest fee to recieve money. Then to get the money off your paypal account it can cost a little or nothing. It depends on how you want your money sent to you. Direct deposit to your checking costs nothing more, so that's how I do it.

You set up an account. You can use a credit card, but then they will hound you to get verified..that means they want your checking or savings account numbers so it can be taken out of there.
