Yes, The time between your period and ovulation varies. You can ovulate anytime after your period, however the time from ovualtion to your next period is almost always 14 days. The shorter your cycle the earlier you ovulated, The longer the cycle the later you ovulated.

Not unless you have a 17 day lutal phase.
But if you did ovulate on cycle day 12 and your LP is not that long your period will start earlier if your not pregnant.

Most of the time you ovulate about 14 days before your period is due. So probably not.
