I have two different locations spose 1st London and 2nd Manchister, i want to connect both domains, anyone help me in this matter.

No native way to do this unless there's a trust between the domains. There's a third party tool called MultiNetworkManager (google it) that allegedly works well

Set up a VPN tunnel between the two locations. I'd strongly suggest a hardware VPN appliance such as a Cisco PIX firewall. If you want to do it on the cheap, look at IPCop. It's a free, open source firewall and VPN product.

Once that's up, set up a trust relationship between the two domains in the usual way.

you can create a tunnel using vpn software and a router. try signing up to www.experts-exchange.com. It's great for finding out the "how-to" part of things.
