it depends what kind of type of skin u have , a lot of fruits or fruits are very good for u r face like : cucumber , carrot, tomatoes , banana, all in combination with yogurt , camomile tee or milk and others i dont remember now ..
Oh yeah , and egg its one of the best thing for all type of skin.
