Yes and no. Yes he is unique in the same way we are all unique. The second belly button is most probably an inverted nipple unless he had 2 umbilical cords attached at birth.
Extra nipples are supposedly the result of twins where one died and the other absorbed the matter that the deceased twin left. (I used to tell my ex that he was such a mean SOB he killed his brother and ate him!)
