Try changing the battery on the motherboard.

this is surely a CMOS battery error, your battery is dead perhaps. the time you are mentioning says the motherboard is quiet an old one... seems its around 8 years old. you replace the battery by sliding your cabinet side, you can easily find a new battery anywhere with the same specifications for 1 USD or even less... just check and do get a good one if u dont want to face the problem again..

It means that the little coin battery on your motherboard has died. Changing the battery will get you back going.
However, all you need to do is go into your bios and reset your date and time, and so long as the PC is not unplugged or loses power it will stay up to date.

To access bios, you will need to look at your computer when you boot up, as there will be a short message that says something like press delete or F7 to enter setup. Do so, and change your clock settings and then save it.

You have a battery that went out from the looks of it. Pop the battery out of the computer if you can find it and replace it. They should sell them at any like walmart type of store. Should be cheap as well. A computer clock starts at january 97 and counts the seconds since then and relys on the battery to keep it counting. Thats why its that date of all of them. I beleive computers used to use january 1st of 1970 but im not sure exactly. Anyways, get that battery replaced and you should be golden.

That means you need a new motherboard. The CMOS chip lost all of its info. If it isn't actually physically broken, you can try flashing it. I highly recommend bringing it to someone who has done that before, as doing it wrong will permanently break your motherboard,
