I guess that depends on how you want it to change, are you sick of your job, if so get your CV sent out to tons of companies and see whats on offer, are you sick of lack of money, if so spend a bit less on what ever isn't a bill and put a bit in the bank each month, or you sick of people taking advantage of you, if so then say NO when they expect you to say yes, its hard at first but they get the message and start seeing the real you, this may sound crazy but look in the mirror every day and tell yourself you are wonderful and smile, it starts to build your confidence big time doing that, failing all of the above get to the library and get some motivational books or tapes out and chill out each night listening to them, that way you might feel like changing your life for you, have a great new year and good luck.

you should first think of what you want to change in your life then decide how can this improve your life..
if you want really to change you life style start with your ideas of how can you decorate your home then you will find this change affect other things....

get a new hobby. that way you will meet new ppl & explore different possibilities. only you can change it. nobody else
