What's the best way of not showing that i'm a tomboy?

I walk like a tomboy and I look funny in dresses?

First is some makeup. You do not need much - lipstick and mascara at a minimum.

Next is hair. So long as its not been buzzed, a stylist should be able to help you find a feminine style with minimum upkeep. (Mine is long and WAY to much upkeep).

As for looking funny in the dress, that could be your attitude. If you do tomboyish things normally, it may "show through" whatever feminine dress you put on. If you want to dress up, then feel different when you do.

Now its time to go shopping! Find a pair of shoes with a comfortable but attractive heel and a dress that is beautiful and comfortable - one that makes you feel different.

And don't forget some jewelry and accessories! Dangle earrings, bracelet, belt, a new purse....

Lastly if normally do not wear heels, then you need to practice in them. Walk around the house and take shorter step than normal. Let the shoes determine how you walk, don't force your normal stride on the shoes.

You could try not walking like a tomboy. So you HAVE to wear a dress for some occasion I am guessing. Yeah you might as well wear a little makeup. Just the natural look probably. Do your hair nicely and try to look more girly. Brush it up in a ponytail or nicely down. But dont try to act all different. If you are a tomboy thats who you are.

1. If you are a tomboy but want to hide the fact -- don't bother. If your brain is masculinised and your body is partly masculinised, that's the way you are. Enjoy it. Be yourself and let other people make what they like of you. Sure you can wear a bra, shave your legs, your moustache and whatever else you like, but you won't be happy. If you're absolutely bent on concealing the fact you're a tomboy, the answer will have to be bra, skirt and shave everything in sight, but it won't really work.

2. If you're NOT a tomboy and don't want people to think you are, then you're going to have to concentrate people's attention on things that are distinctively female.

* Longer hair is great. Doesn't need to be fancy. Just long.

* Bust is a must. You don't need to pad yourself out or anything like that. Don't even need to show a cleavage. Don't even need a bra, for that matter. But just make it obvious you've got breasts.

* Skirts are really another must.

* Let your legs be seen -- no thick or opaque tights

* Shave everything in sight. No hairy legs. And make sure that if there's even the slightest trace of fuzz on your upper lip that you shave it.

Wear something you feel comfortable in. If you're wanting to look more feminine, a dress isn't the only option. I'm probably what people would refer to as a "girly girl" and I almost always wear trousers or jeans! Why don't you find a nice pair of black trousers you fee comfortable in and team it with a pretty top. Wearing a slight heel may also make your walk look a bit more feminine. i little make up and curling your hair might also help. But it is important you feel comfortable and confident!

Never try to hide who you are. Tomboys are sexy and cool. Embrace it and come up with your own style. If walking like a tomboy means walking like a boy, You should probably do something about that.

You dont have to wear a dress to look feminine if thats what you want to look like, maybe try some pants with a flowing top.Being yourself is the most important thing.
