I get it one month and miss it the next and this has been happening for maybe 3 months now. I'm actually waiting for my period now and I'm 13 days late and tested negative. I'm so confused. What's wrong?

Were you on BCP prior to trying to conceive? If you were, I suggest you look into PCOS, I've included a link below. It has been estimated that up to 25% of American women have this and are not dx, and it is the #1 cause of infertility and problems conceiving.
If you were on Depo it takes about 9 months for your body to regulate.
Did you have irregular periods before you were trying to conceive?
I've also included a link on irregular periods

Just to add to the first answer, which is a good one and I was thinking the same thing:
The first time I went off the pill, I wasn't trying, but I did notice that my periods would skip, but stay on the 4 week schedule. They would either come within 2 days of 4 or 8 weeks from the last one. I didn't think much of it, figured it was just the after effects of the pill.
The second time, they didn't come that regularly, and they in fact got MORE irregular the longer I was off the pill. I was off for a whole year that time before my husband came home and we started trying to conceive, and the cycles just got worse. I would go between barely 4 weeks to almost 7 weeks, and anywhere in between in no discernable pattern. Because of that, and some other things, I went to the doc and was in fact diagnosed with PCOS. They treated me and I'm 31 weeks now.

If you were on the pill, they recommend you wait at least 3 months for your body to metabolize the last of the drug and to reset.

If you weren't on the pill, is it possible that you were irregular before and are just now noticing since you're tracking it? The stress of wanting to conceive, or another life change that might be happening, could also be effecting your cycles. You should see your doctor to be sure there isn't a medical reason.
Good luck.
