every time i try to go on the shop for the last two days, it never stops connecting, i let it sit there for like 15 and still nothing. i tryed to turn the power off but it wont so i have pull the blug, why is this happening?

Make sure your computer is not on the Internet. Wait about 5 minutes and it should come up.

I'm not really sure what a Wii is but have you tried changing the power outlet, getting a shorter extension lead, there may be power surges or could it possibly get a virus. If it has anti virus software could it be blocking something from working.
