i just want no what to do about this mission

It is a very difficult mission. The best strategy is to steal an infernus and park it in front of the police station, then get in the police station and bust Cam Jones out. Always try using cover when working your way out of the police station. Then get into the infernus and drive to the paint shop or whatever it is called. Beware of police cars and police agents as they can pop your tires with something they put on the floor (sorry I don't know what it is called). And one more thing, drive very fast.
