imagination OR common sense?
and why?

imagination, plenty of people have common sense but the ones with imagination are the ones who invent all thoes neat things you have and keep your life from being utterly boring and monotomous. Without imagination this forum would never exist.

Imagination.
I envisioned myself without imagination, and while I think I could manage, I think I would be one of the most boring people on the face of this planet. I really don't want to be one of the most boring people on the face of this planet. Common sense is so common after all!
Here's a funny thing: In my personal life I feel if I didn't have an imagination I wouldn't be able to zone out during my monotonous job, and therefore could not deal with the pressures of every day society. But, if I had common sense, I would leave this job that is offering me nothing but monotony and would therefore find happiness that way (and that way seems a better way). Great question by the way.
And as far as inventions are concerned, I'm pretty unimpressed where our inventions (technology) has taken us.

Common sense. Without common sense i might just walk out in the middle of a busy street. Without imagination I might not be able to write a story. Ya i think i wanna be alive an smart.

I would choose Imagination...
I would be lost, with no way of navigating my way through life, if I had only common sense. Life would be bland and featureless. Common sense is what we get when the imagination, we had as children, is dampened down by life experience. I would give anything to be so free and innocent again...

common sense - I deal with to many people that dont have any and it is the most frustrating thing ever. To me highly intelligent people without common sense are more worthless than someone of average intelligence with common sense, I see it everyday. Common sense is anything but common.

Common sense is a myth. I have sense (which is uncommon) and a pretty decent imagination, and I don't plan to part with either.
