Perhaps he has been asked to look after a friends garden while he is away and has got the wrong house. Where did the watering can come from?

hmmmmmm might be worth calling the police ....he maybe an elderly lost man ? or be ill.
Its helpfull if you can get his name and address so police can check out whats happening or if he is reported missing
