i want to buy these herbs from egypt.. we probably have it..but dont know their names.. and i cant find them in any medical or normal dictionary

PLZ ONLY ANSWER IF YOU KNOW THEIR NAME OF THE HERB IN ARABIC

Hi,
Cayenne is "felfel ahmar" (felfel = pepper , "ahmar" = red)
I'm sorry I don't know about Maca, never heard of it.

i have this book called cairo: the practical guide and in there i found cayenne to be : "shaTTa". thats what they wrote in the book. i dont know what MACA is but if its mace then in arabic it is "bisbaasa"

Egyptian friend of mine quoted that Cayenne is the red pepper, but he hasn't any idea about Maca.

Cayenne peppers are the bell shaped hot small peppers.
I do cook. and i ve never heard of Maca? where did you hear it?

Maca is called اناشد in Arabic
