I met a man i the store yesterday and we got to talking until h made a tacky and sick statment, or it was to me. I wanted to hear and get a poll on the rest of the World.
We ere talking politics and he said if Hilery Clinton became the first lady Presient he wanted to become her personal intern just like Monica was to he husband. I didn't answer thoug my stomch felt lik it had a pound o lard in it after he said that, and I didn't say anything just ignored it. Was I right i doing that. Please let me know, thank you. Would it of been more correct to confront him and his statemet or just walk away like I did?

A confrontation would've only made an already unpleasant situation even more so. You have just learned how much you can learn about a person's character by discussing their politics.
You made the right decision, he wasn't worth an argument. When faced with crude behavior, the best we can do is stand on decorum.

I would of told him hey everyone is entitled to their opinion,...did his statement offend you?Can't imagine why..I mean truth can sometimes hurt I know..like Clintons diddy with Monica,but hey whats done is done & I don't see any reason why that comment should offend anyone but the Clintons..

the only thing really disgusting about his comments is the totally boorish unoriginality of those who blindly hate the Clintons (esp. Hillary)
mind you, i am not a fan of hers either, but i get over it.
the only thing you "should" have done is taken a good look at the guy, judged if he was Whitehouse material and then chuckle at his idiocy.
