my fiance comes home in 7 days and id like to look nice and a little more slim for him. i havnt seen him in 2 months but havnt lost weight because ive been drepressed thats he left. but now that hes comeing back id like to lose just a little weight or as much as i can in 7 days. please help, id just like to lose a few pounds you know how just a few pounds like 5 lbs can make a difference haha. how can i do this ive got 7 days.

try a detox regimen. they have some great books on amazon, i think there's even one where you can lose 8lbs in one day. good luck!

In reality, you can't do much in 7 days. However you can get started on some good habits which will then lead to weight loss. For example start eating healthy and get started exercising.
