You will not be able to pass a drug test. They will test your blood and you can do nothing to cover up drugs in your blood. They can tell by the placenta if you do drugs. If the drug is steady in your system they will take your baby away from you.
They perform drug tests without your consent. I would stop using whatever it is that you are because it will hurt your baby possibly and make you lose your kid to the state so if getting high is more important just keep on using.
Add: It takes 30 days for pot to get out of your system even if you took just one toke off of a joint.
It takes 72 hours for a pain pill to clear your system
Methodone is in your system for 30 days believe it or not.
You cannot refuse a drug test because they perform them like any other test.

A much better question would have been, How do I stop taking drugs, I'm pregnant and I want my baby to be healthy and to have a good mother?
I hope you fail the test - maybe you'll be forced into stopping the drugs.

You are concerned with what meds you can take while pregnant to pass a drug test? And you are taking drugs while pregnant and have no problem with that? Um....whats wrong with this picture?

Go girl. You are going to be a great mum. Taking drugs while pregnant is the stupisist thing you could be doing. You do not deserve to be a mother.

The only way would be to get another pregnant women to take the test for you, not just any woman, just incase they check for hormone levels.
I have thought about this substantially lately, and this is the only way to do it,
What are you taking?? Different drugs are in your system for different lengths of time, heroin 3/5 days, coke 3/5 days, cannabis depending on usage 7 days to 3 month.

while pregnant....you shouldnt be taking drugs in the first place....what drugs are you being tested for.....

What drugs are they looking for? If you don't do them, they won't find them. Aside from that, you are pregnant. Whatever you take, your baby does too (without his/her consent).
For the baby's sake if you are taking something, get help to stop.

yes dont do drugs, you shouldnt be doing drugs while pregnant anyway, so it shouldnt be a problem, if you are pregnant and doing drugs then you deserve to be punished either way because you are hurting your baby. otherwise ya.. use someone elses piss
