Now if you fancy the old world and are enthralled by antiques, then Egypt is the place you should go to on your New Year vacation. It might be a bit expensive, but every penny you spend will be worth the experience by all odds.
And if you want to escape the bitter cold of winter during New Year, then going for a New Year vacation to the southern hemisphere may be a good idea. Hit the summer of Australia and New Zealand and spend a few days in bliss down under !
The islands of South East Asia also offer exotic New Year vacations. So if you are in a mood to just bask in the sun and relax over the New Year, then head straight for either Singapore or Indonesia or Malaysia or the Philippines. And how can you ever forget the coolest of them all, Thailand !

Any where that you have loved ones close and family and friends there too. Seriously. If it's with your bf then some where romantic. Here the top of the hill watching all the fire works and ringing in the New Year with that mid night kiss would work but don't expect to have it all to yourself every one goes up there even on a regular weekend and the fogged up windows tell u what they're doing in that car LOL.
