get a cheap flight from athens to Rome, or preferably to Naples. from Rome take the train to Naples.

another possibility, more pleasant, would be to take a ferry from Athens to either Brindisi or Bari, and from there a train to Naples. you can get all the info you need about ferries on the internet. sounds like a great trip!

Fly to Rome and then take the train. You can use buses and ships but it will take too long.

With an airplane to Rome (fiumicino) and then via autostrada!
