I definitely believe in soulmates. And I don't think you are restricted to just one in any lifetime. I have had one female soulmate in this life who sadly is no longer in my life and currently have one male who I love with all my heart.
I personally think a soulmate is someone who understands you without you having to give a full explanation. Someone who is so tuned into your thoughts and feelings words (at times) aren't necessary. And your soulmate doesn't have to be your partner - in my case its an extremely close friendship with people who will remain in my heart for the rest of my life.
Blessed be x

I have a problem with all this soulmate stuff.
six billion souls and the whole of time and space.. that's like going out to stick a needle in a haystack and hope it meets another needle first go...
With all of time and space to pick from why should we both be around, incarnated as of NOW and much the same earthly age?
And this is a big world: I incarnated into a coal-mining comunity in Mostyn, Flintshire.
if my soulmate is here, isn't it statistically likely she might be herding yaks in Tibet, and we're fated never to meet?

i believe in the idea... but i dont think its an external force that determines who will be whose soulmate, or whether they will meet. the concept of fate in relationships implies that if you're with the right person you wont need to work at it, which is a myth, at least after the initial honeymoon period. when you're with your soulmate learning to live together is instinctive rather than a conscious effort. it is a perfect foundation for a loving successful relationship but doesnt guarantee you'll stay together. All relationships require work if they are to succeed

God created souls in pairs so we would never have to be alone. Soul mates typically are not people you meet, marry and have kids with though. These are just experiences we have on earth. Twins often can be soul mates though. That is why they have such a special connection. When they are babies they may speek to each other in what seems like a special language and if one dies the other will feel an extreme lose like half of them is missing.

Yes, but not in the same way you probably think. I believe soulmates are never on Earth together.

Yes, but I don't believe soulmate is necessarily synonymous with romantic partner.
Soulmates are people whose souls were joined before birth. Once they are born on earth, their souls naturally gravitate back toward each other. Sometimes they end up being lovers, sometimes they are best friends.

My definition of soulmates is of 2 people who are intelligent and sensitive enough to be able to accurately work out what the other is thinking - and to have the ability to act on it. So - yes - I believe in soulmates - that we're all capable of becoming one if we 'tune' ourselves into others - and that we're all capable of having many of them!

Yes, everyone has a soulmate... but sometimes they aren't destined to meet, simply because fate doesn't have plans for them. Sometimes a perfect soulmate is someone you don't know, yet you know exists in different ways.

Yes. I believe that God made men and women who we will meet in our lives who will actually match us on some stuff as far as interest or likes and in other areas he or she well completes you and compliments you and your personality and such. Why? Well God created Eve as a partner for Adam right. So He made one for me and you as well. A girl for every guy and a guy for every girl. There is one perfect one aka a soul mate for all of us. Some are also soul mate friends you know the type who are your close friends no matter what you say or do or how you act.

I hear we make too much out of the soul mate concept.
We have automatic attractions on an elemental level.
Like air signs can be automatically attracted to air or
fire signs. And we are all a unique combination of
these kinds of forces. Also, some people draw us instantly because we have karma with them. And if we hurt them in the past. We need to get hurt by them now to balance it out.
Myself, I'm from the Jesus School. I believe in forgiveness, not retribution.
ANYWAY. We're supposed to ask for a Twin Flame to come into our Life. That is someone that is just totally compatible with us. Same likes, interests. Someone you want to be with.
Not get away from!
