I assume that he went for a grammar implant, and some serious medication to remove the nasty sms rash that had appeared in everything he had written.

Or, he had a small problem with an infection to his fore skin, - Only problem was he told the doctor that he had wanted a Castration instead of a curcumcision, so he has depression and a lot higher voice now.

Bad self image. Obviously he thought he was ugly and needed to do this to make himself happy. Too bad he didn't realise that you have to learn to love yourself to be happy.
