I and my bf just bought a condo, and we like it. There is only one
problem. There are 3 students live downstairs. They always turn
on the musice after 11 pm, they always talk loud or yell or scream off and on which wake us up when we try to fall asleep. We wrote letters to Strata, and we told them please to be quite. They said ok and sorry for that. But they still do it! At 11 pm, at 1 am 2 am. It drives us crazy becuase we have to work the next day. They always get up late and go to bed late. We told them 3 times already, and we don't want to be rude but it does bother us. What should I do? We just bought it!

Had the same problem where I live. I just called the police. After a few visits, the noise stopped about about 11pm every night.
Only rarely do I hear anything at night coming from neighbors.
And police and not obligated to tell who called them.

Well if you have asked them 3 times already, Get down nd dirty and tell them to shut the hell up, and there are some people in the world who need to get up because they have a life and job. And ask them how they would like it if they had to get up the next day to do a big test and you and your bf made loud noises, and stomped above their heads. tell them to learn some respect and curtosy for others. And if that don't work, call the cops and let them get the ticket. (I am usually not a cop caller, but sometimes you got to do what you gotta do, even if it does come to calling the popos)

confront them in somehow a prank manner,, tell them how you feel and ask them what they would feel if they were in your place... then if they do not listen,,,, report it to the students' parents... see what happens.. if they insist....
hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.....
the day you go to work when they sleep....
turn on your radio to full volume and place 10 amplifiers in the room...
let us see who gets the hell out of that place...

Try living there alone with your boyfriend, no roommates.
