I get it. And what's worse is the disoriented feeling you have after you wake up from a nightmare... and (sometimes) you realize it's true!
I once heard a relatives voice in my dream and when I woke up, I said to myself 'Thank God it was just a dream' But then I heard the voice again. She was in the room next to mine!

How about the "Oh no, I'm about to pass out!" feeling you get when you haven't eaten much and you stand up too fast?
