nuclear weapons in Iran. and how does it benefit and not benefit the middle east?

Iran supports Hezbollah, Hamas, and the Shiite Militias in the Middle East. Iran has stated publicly that they want to "wipe Israel and all Jewish people of the face of the earth". Iran's Government is abusive and extremely harsh on their own people. Iran started the seven year war with Iraq. If Iran gets nukes they will either give them to a terrorist organization to use on Israel or a western country, or in the case of Israel use them as a power broker to start a major conventional war with Israel, feeling Israel would not dare use theirs. EITHER way, before Iran has functional nukes you can bet your sweet a** that Israel is going to take Iran at their word and take out Iran's nuke sites first. Even if that means using nukes to do it.

It cannot benefit Iran or the middle east because you can guarantee the nuclear arsenal of the United States..France Great Britain and Israel will be stirring down Tehran!

if we accept Iran had it,then it must be a wining cart against west in negotiations or Israel attacks,(I cant imagine Israel would attack Iran)
so Iran cant use it in ME against any neighbors so there is no benefit for it.
and the only benefit for the whole world is that Iran can use nuclear technology for energy production.

I think it would bring balance to the middle east. Its not fair at all that israel has it, and is using its force at free will. Israel needs deterence. LIke in the case of Pakistan and India. pakistan had to test as india treathened an attack as a result of its own testing.
