I found a website where a person asked that question along with another. Here is that doctors answer to her question:

The cervix, as you probably know, is the opening to the uterus, located high up inside the vagina. It is pretty rare to have a cervix that is too small to have a baby--if you are able to have periods, your cervix is probably OK.
A visit to your doctor or advanced practice nurse for a gynecological examination will probably clear up your confusion and can provide more individualized answers to your questions.

Go to the doctor and have it checked. But I've never heard of this before. Try having her keep her hips tilted back and dont sit up for a least a half hour after sex. But it's normal for some of the ejaculate to come out. Doesn't mean she can't get pregnant. If it's a true concern a basic exam at the doctors office can rule out such a problem.
