........ once again, its christmas and im not ungrateful but, everyone has an unwanted gift! mine this year was of my dear granny a size 18 red-lace full lenght nightwear! (now this would be ok, but im only a size 10). when i mention that it looked a small 18, she asked kindly if i wanted the next size up).....

I was given an electric toothbrush by my wife....this is the same wife who bought 3 new heads for my old electric toothbrush a week ago.

You know what? Possibly for the first year ever, I can't name a single one of my presents as the worst one I received!! I'm happy with everything!
I believe this must be some sort of reward for the shocking array of presents I received last year! I was moving into my first house in January so my family brought us a selection of practical gifts including an iron, an ironing board and a mop and bucket! It all came in handy of course but wasn't too exciting on Christmas day!

i got a really bad gift from my brother once and I kept thinking for a couple of weeks, were was he living to buy me such a gift, I really felt badly, I don't know why, but it did.
eventually I got over it ( i cant even remember what is was )
now a days I tell them not to buy any thing for me, its much better this way.

I am happy to say i have been lucky this xmas , no dodgy gifts but even if i had received anything that was no good to me i would still be appreciative . I am sure everyones friends and relatives mean well ..

I didn't receive any gifts but I have been buying myself 'presents' all year...so I can't complain as I like everything I've bought!!!

i did get a shirt, that was an medium size. As pretty as it was, it will never fit me and will end up going in the charity shop.

The worst gift I've ever got was a jeans coat...Awful..You can't even imagine how it looked like...

I got a heatproof matt for straightners to sit on but I dont even straighten my hair. I dont need to and my sister knows that!

mine was some gift vouchers that someone gave me but on the back it said the persons name so they had originally been given to them then passed on to me
