You should have in your tool bar a icon of a house, press it when you want the page you watching to be your home page. Or go to Tools/Internet Options/General and type www.google.com on the blank space.

visit www.google.com.ph then there is a link below the web page. it says,"Make google your homepage". Click it then a pop up question will appear, click yes then google will be your home page.

tools menu internet options or control panel - internet options then on general page there is a field to type the URL of the page you want set to homepage then click ok

If you're using Internet Explorer, all you need to do is go to Tools > Internet Options > and then type in http://google.com as your homepage. Save. The end.
