The only sure route (pardon the pun!) is via the royal Mail website.
Try www.royalmail.com and follow the links. You will need to have a rough idea of the weight though!

Depends where your sending it from?

also if its from the UK, the size of the parcel will effect the cost.

go to your local post office!
