Not French - or living in France, but Segolene Royale is very appealing both in term of the interests of France and of th wider EU community. The right wing throughout Europe needs the sort of check that Madam Royale might offer and which Tony Blair, to the disappointment of many, failed to offer.

If I was French, no I wouldn't. He's France's equivalent of David Blunkett and John Reid (merged together)- without the beer bellies and the guide dog.

Most French people will be relieved to know that here in the UK we are not allowed to vote in French elections - yet! Who knows what new rules the EU will come up with in the future! Bonne Annee!
