How small? It might be just in your mind. And if a girl told u that then its her problem. You should learn to become a better lover more than anything else for a girl to stay with u in the long term
Forget pills and pumps and stuff... they just waste ur money. Operations exist to increase girth (thickness) and they do work but they can't really do much for the length. So the danger with that is ur penis will look even shorter if u get it fattenned.
I would just concentrate on increasing self confidence and making urself a happier person bcuz that it what really catches a girls attention and to be honest with u... a big one hurts and I dont see what the fascination is with them.

I have seen some East Indian men tie weights to their penis. I'm sure that over time and with some considerable discomfort, that would stretch the penis some, but who would want to endure that kind of pain for a long term?

well since you haven't said your age, height, weight, or how long and big around your penis is and why you think it is small we cannot really tell you whether you need to enlarge it or not. It could be that you just need to give puberty time to work but we don't know do we.
