Yes. When you accept what Jesus done for you on the cross,and that He was raised from the dead, you can repent of all you've ever done, and you will be forgiven. You will be A new creature in Christ, the slate will be wiped clean as if you were reborn. Then seek ye first,the Kingdom of God, and He will give you the desires of your heart. God bless you!

It all depends on what kind of rebirth. If your talking about rebirth in religion then yeah because if you gave yourself to God and you went astray from God and you rededicated yourself. But if you talking in reality then maybe. Because some people choose to believe that and they convince themselves that! Soo....... It's Physiology thing
