but if you are to contact someone through mobile fone, just dial +63 and the mobile number with out the zero..

this question keeps on coming back. sigh, anyway, for the 2 points: the international code to philippines is +63, or 0063 if you like. followed by the local area code and the 7digit personal number

the country code is 63, so if you want to call a mobile phone or a home phone in the philippines, it's 0063+mobile number.
like in cavite the area code is (0)46, it's 0063+area code+number
