I love seeing women in hosiery. I am particularly partial to pantyhose, but thigh highs and stockings with a garter belt are great too.
I think hosiery makes any legs look better. Someone remarked that hosiery is "make-up for legs." I agree.
The look, the feel. Sigh -- it doesn't get any better

Many men like the look of women's legs in nylons (either pantyhose or stockings) -- they give a certain elegance and sophistication that bare legs don't quite have. Actually, many men will pay more attention to a girl in a skirt and hose or tights than to an equally-attractive girl in pants or skirt with bare legs. Of course, some men hate them.
Psychologically, I've heard that it all comes down to what a particular man experienced in his youth in regards to sexuality. When a boy first notices girls or women as sexual beings, what are they wearing? That often will determine his likes in the future. For many guys, seeing girls in tights or hose is a massive event in their sexual development, so they are conditioned to favor that look going forward.

They are very aesthetically pleasing with the right outfit. I sure do a double take when a woman is wearing. Still, stockings/garters will beat out pantyhose in sexiness any day of the week. Bare legs can also be very nice too as long as they're completely hair free.

I think a lot of guys are polarized either one way or another, i.e. they either love 'em or hate 'em. Personally, I think them incredibly sexy on women. They hide blemishes on the skin, accentuate the shape of the legs w hiel covering them up and leave soemthing to the imagination. My gf won't wear pantyhose or stockings, so I couldn't say which one I find sexier b/w the two. I do like the feel of them on a woman's leg. It's soft and sexy to me (And yes, I understand that I'm not wearing them, whichis why they seem soft and sexy). I drool over an attractive pair of legs in tights, but hey, that's just me.

I'd choose a cute girl wearing pantyhose over a very attractive girl with bare legs any day.

Better in sheer pantyhose than in pants or opaque tights. At least a girl will shave her legs before wearing sheer pantyhose.
But better still with bare, hairless legs. And better still if they're naturally hair-free rather than shaved.

I HATE panty hose. I love garters and nylons, but the sexiest is shapely, toned, tanned, silky, BARE legs in a short skirt with heels to accentuate the calves. OMG!!! Oh, the panty hose worn by HOOTERS girls are absolutely gross.
