Exercise will help - like the sit-ups mentioned - but exercise alone will never do it. You must check your diet. If you eat junk food, start with cutting down on the junk. Don't forget, cutting down is easier than cutting out. Instead of 2 XXs, have one. Instead of having that XX now, have it later. Hope this helps. Good luck.

If you are with a normal BMI, exercises migh help (don't drink colas and sugared, sparkling drinks, avoid peas and similar food that makes flatulence). If you have high BMI try a reasonable reduction diet (minimum 1200 calories / day) besides the above mentioned.

You would be surprised of how fast you can do that with a simple, healthy diet: drink lots of water and eat lots of vegetables (fresh, boiled or cooked…) don't eat fat or sugar for a week or two. Or exercise.

Are you talking about reducing fat, or reducing bloatedness?

exercising-wise -- running. crunches and sit ups will help your tummy get stronger. running will help you diminish that bump.
