In Internet Explorer
Click Tools>Internet Options
Click settings in general tab
Click view files
IE will open temporary internet files folder automatically

You yourself can change it, but the default address is(imagin your windows is located on drive c:):
C:\Documents and Settings\site\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files
But you can change it:
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Click on 'Tools' Menu
3. Choose 'Internet Options'
4. On the 'General' tab and temporary intenet files group choose 'Settings...' button
5. In 'Settings' window that will appear choose 'Move folder' button and select your new address

Go to Tools then Internet options then general and right next to cookies you would find you temporary folders. just click delete.
