It usually depends on which hand you write with. I'm gay and I wear my watch on my left hand. There was a time when gay guys wore one earring on the right and straight guys on the left, but those days are gone.
I see no reason to resent this question. Those who lash out are just being bitchy.

The left. The only person I know who wears a watch on her right hand is completely straight. She's left handed and it gets in her way on the left, so she wears it on the right.
Most of these "you can tell if someone's gay because they wear [fill in the blank]" myths are totally bogus. There is no secret handshake.

Ah, some more homophobia that effects heterosexuals negatively. I can see how a totally straight guy would wear his watch on his right hand, and homophobes (who claim they're straight) will call him gay. And the guy may wear it on his right hand because he's left handed and it would get in the way of his work if it was on his left.
Yes, yet another retarded belief about gay people that will then be filtered into straight culture as a way to use "gaydar" to falsely accuse a straight guy of being gay. The garbage continues.

How approximately we persist with Occam's Razor in this one, and pass with the least complicated explanation which may well be that he's the two left-surpassed (it quite is the case with me, btw) or basically found out to positioned on his watch on his precise hand. or maybe there's a average possibility that he's from that area of Asia the place they do no longer positioned on something on the left hand in view it quite is the hand they wipe with...

I actually mentioned this to a friend last week. I'm gay and wear it on my right, but not because I'm gay but because I'm more comfortable with it being on my dominant hand. My friend, who's straight, wears it on his left but only because I said men wear it on the left, women on the right, otherwise he would have put it on his right wrist.
I also hold a fork with my right hand and knife with my left. I've noticed most people have fork in left and knife in right, but my friends do what I do.

Idiot! I could say we wear it on the hand that isn't being used at the moment. How about on our ankles since their usually in the air anyway, that way we'll know when time is up. On our behinds so we can ask you for the correct time. You overestimated your intelligence once again. I heard that straight guys scratch themselves because it reminds them of playtime with their mothers, true?
