I lived in Queenstown in 2003 and 04 and dont remember such a restaurant. Try Wai on the Waterfront.

I could not find Pot de Fue (or Pot de Feu) in Queenstown (3 different ones) or Queensland but pease use the links below to find what you are looking for. Have a nice trip.
