Theres this boy my sister has been talking to and they realy like eachother ( me and him are mean to eachother).
I was dreaming that we were making out behind her back and we promised we wouldnt tell her and he was saying that i was more important to him then her.

Dreams are random images that your brain attempts to re-arrange in a sequence that makes sense.
When you had that dream, one of the random images was you making out with him. Your brain later created the plot that you remembered after you woke up. You remember this artificial sequence, not the real one which was meaningless.
In other words, it doesn't mean a thing. No dreams mean anything.

I always found that when I was young that I was mean to the people I had feelings of desire for. I would say your dream is your subconcious telling you that you have desire for love, possibly like what your sister has.
Could you be holding in feelings of unrequited love?

1) Do you like this guy secretly (Are you honest with you?)? Maybe he was just a bit nicer to you and your dream amplified the whole thing.
2) Maybe you argued with your sister recently and in your dream you just avenge on her.
I don't agree with almintaka, every dream has a meaning.

It means alot of things. It may be that there is the tendency of you betraying your sister at the slightest opportunity of her absence. It may also means that the young man in question is secretly admiring you, the seeming hostility between the two of you notwithstanding. So, please watch out and be very careful.
