take a deep breath and let it out slowly while counting to whatever number, depending just how angry you are. you can perhaps imagine what you would do to let out your anger if it wasnt illegal (like, take out revenge on the person who put a dent in your cardoor)

Road Rage =
Frustration.
Helplessness.
Impatience.
Many people get angry while driving because in a sense, they can control a situation at that time. They control the degree of their anger and negativity. They toot horns, give others the finger, hit cars or on the extreme side, shoot others because THEY can control the results; even at the risk of acting irrationally, illegally or immorally.
If you EXPERIENCE the ROAD RAGER:
Remain calm. Ignore verbal or assaults directed at you. Keep moving and keep your distance. Do not respond. One can't argue alone, you know. (smile)
If you ARE the ROAD RAGER:
Understanding why you feel those emotions and learning to control them is the only way to overcome road rage.
Good luck to you and thanks for posting!

CONTROL - Drive Safe.
If all of us do so, there would be peace by and large.
Let's remember, it is not worth it to let your blood pressure go rocketing like that. At the end of it, it seems very unpleasant and mood spoiler.

This road rage leads to accidents. Why do you want to play with your life? whenever you get road rage, stop on the roadside think awhile, have a cold drink and then move on. REMEMBER life is precious.

I get off the road as soon as I can.
I hate when people almost hit me, like running
red lights. I get to where I'm going, and "Thank God
they didn't hit me".
