i have taken up humanities or arts as my high school subject.i have economics,maths,geography,psychology,english as my subjects.can i opt for the investigation officer's post in CBI?

yes.but since i have arts as my subject,can i get the post at senior level in the CBI or CIA or FBI?

Almost all jobs in the federal government require a 4 year degree, and I guarantee that any job in the FBI or CIA requires one. And I'm pretty sure you mean either the FBI (federal bureau of investigation) or the CIA (central intelligence agency).

You're best bet is to visit their websites see if they have any jobs going and see what the current requirements are- or the experience they are asking for that way you know what to roughly aim for.
