I've had no issues with my Nintendo DS scratching. Probably the two worst things you can do to the screen is using your finger for a stylus... or using your shirt to clean off the screen... both of which can scratch it rather easily. I've seen the "scratch resistant" screen protectors on the market before but they aren't all that necessary just as long as you use just the stylus. I think the DS is an excellent form of travel entertainment!

Only if you use something other than the thumb thingy or the stylus. You will see little tiny lines, but not scratches, plus you only see them when the DS is off. Also be sure that you're stylus is not starting to kinda flake, that would scratch.

Just use the stylus only on the screen and be careful like every one else suggested. How are them things any how I've never used one.

i think of that the stylus is slightly troublesome, however the DS displays have become extra reliable as nicely. Did you attempt a video exhibit protector? you may get regularly occurring ones in walmart for approximately $a million.00 to $4.00 for a %.. wish I helped

Nope. . .it's specially designed not to; however, most people are too lazy to use it and start using their sharp razor fingers
