I'm liberal, Democrat, and love America. I've never given lip service or moral support to the Taliban. In fact, I was AGAINST them *before* 9/11 - remember when they were cracking down on woman's rights and blowing up precious ageless statues? You don't? Oh, perhaps you get all your news from Rush Limbaugh and Fox "News".. My bad.
Crawl back under your rock - come back out when you've grown a brain and have started to use it.

I think the real debate is in what you mean by when you say liberals? Are you talking about members of the Democratic party or people who are socially liberal or those who have particularly spoken out against a certain issue? To lump Democrats in one category is unfortunate. I know many Democrats that serve in the military and would never support any terrorist. Actually any American that would, would be crazy. What do you consider lip service or moral support? If you mean questioning our government... well that's actually the basis of it and the first amendment. We all have a right to our opinion... but luckily the masses don't make foreign policy - people who have access to intelligence and experienced advisers.

No, they just keep pressing. They like to suppress freedom of speech and slam anyone that doesn't share their opinion. They will probably report your question or my answer as being abusive. I'm thinking the people that run this site are liberals. Bash Bush but don't bash one of theirs... There I said it!!!
