er...erm..! "10,20.30" isn't that expecting too much toooooo soon? i think 40 yrs old or 35yrs>!!! MinimuM!!!)is a much much more reasonable and realistic target

Thoughts? "Is this a push for Socialization, Communism?" (That was just my first thought.)Who should be responsible if the child should not be by, oh age what? 30? Whose child is it anyway? Are (the parent) they not culpable in this fashion also? What age do they(the parent) resign fault of such an issue? What kind of an issue is this in reality? Is there some outcry we know not of?

i think like most insurance companies, it would end on a child at 18 or 19, always different with each, and sometimes continues as long as the child is in school. like college. but if there is no health insurance, it is definently the parents responsibilty up until the child is 18 years of age

He must take responsibility when he can. But the parents are responsible until the age of majority.

When they are no longer a child. I would say somewhere around 21, unless they are in college and you are still contributing to their support.

when he is working or is a college graduate....over 18 for working and 22 for graduates
