The site you link tries to prove too much. Witness reports during and immediately after a mass tragedy such as the WTC destruction are always going to be unreliable.

At the same time, there is much information that shows that Bush ignored intelligence warnings prior to 9-11. Rice has admitted that Al Qaeda and terrorism were not a priority before the attack. Was that just incompetence? Why would warnings about such a group be ignored when it had recently been determined that Al Qaeda was responsible for the attacks on the Cole? Why didn't Bush issue a security alert for US airports after hearing or reading the Presidential Daily Brief of early August 2001 that said Bin Laden was determined to strike the US using airplanes? It is said that Roosevelt ignored the planes flying toward Pearl Harbor. Did that give the neocons any ideas?
