All dreams are in metaphor, and represent issues that are happening your current life, offering you an insight or solution to a problem. Recurrent dreams reflect an unresolved (unfinished) issue in your life. Notice when you have the dream and see what happened that day BEFORE you had the dream. Your emotional state and your interactions of the day are the keys to meaning(s).
Your chosen symbols have meaning to YOU, not something you can look up in a dream dictionary.

Other answers here are mostly too literal.

Ask yourself what pregancy means? Notice how you describe it. Maybe you see him as "pregnant" with potential, ideas, creativity, etc. How you felt about his "pregnancy" in your dream is the key to meaning.

My educated guess is that you feel he can do something that you SHOULD be able to do. Pregnancy would be a great symbol for that. In any case, you are the final authority on the meaning(s) of your dream.

Maybe you are pregnant.. if it's possible that you are, then check right away, that would be really amazing if your dreams told you that.. it could also mean that you see yourself being pregnant or you want to raise a family sometime in the future. Basically looking into a mirror while getting more pregnant means you see yourself as a mom, and that's your plan eventually. The wedding means that you want to be married to your boyfriend, and even though there's been a few obstacles and you know that there will be in the future, you'll work through them. These dreams are your subconcious telling you what you really want and know. "A dream is a wish your heart makes" lol

What ou are observing some changes in our bf's behavior that you can't understand, some weird tastes that he acquired lately, or may be some feminine characteristics in his behavior that could be bugging you or even the feeling that he is going to make it big, as magical as giving birth to a life and be successful in it, even when people didn't expect that much from him, may be interpreted from this dream.

Has something new or different happened in your bfs life (example: new job, New relationship (can be a legit one),) Pregnancy in dreams usually means new life, the beginning of something new.

sounds like maybe its a future event where u become pregnant with his baby. maybe he has new event coming up in life. it could be a desire to be pregnant with a baby with him, and its being reflected towards him but its really about u. sometimes we have dreams of something that happens to someone else, and it ends up having to do with us. maybe u got a new idea growing that is about to surface. think about it, since its reoccuring it might mean its important and u need to talk a look at it. draw the scene out and u may be able to figure out the meaning. its a pattern, so look at your life and see if theres been a recent change or new event thats popped up. u may not realize this until u take a closer look at your life.
