Invisible how? To visible light only? To infra-red and ultraviolet? To all forms of electromagnetic radiation?
Be careful here. Just because you're invisible in visible light doesn't mean you can't be detected in infrared or ultraviolet. If you pick all forms of electromagnetic radiation to play it safe, the electrostatic and magnetic fields in your body will fall apart and you'll effectively cease to exist.
And of course, there are sound waves. Even if you're invisible and can somehow see (as one of the other responders pointed out, your retinas would be invisible too), all you have to do is make one small sound - like a heartbeat, say - and someone with the right equipment will be able to track every move you make.
Your best bet would be to do as much as you can as fast as you can, because your "invisibility" won't last long.

i would use it only to impress people.
i dont like the idea of being able to run and hide whenever something bad comes my way.
and what what what is the deal with this light go through you and your eye stuff? invisible means 'not visible' just because you are not visible does not means light passes through you like nothing, that would be the word transparent. and this is obviously not a scientific question. its a what if question. and even if it were a scientific question most everyone would be wrong. lets not all try to be too smart now hehe, its a thinking question. and i liked it. made me think. thanks. :)

If i had the power to become invisible i would become a super villain and become " The Phantom of Death ", and in doing so i would become the most feared being on earth and anyone that is more feared than me would tremble at my very name, who's to say that a "Deadly Phantom" wasn't watching them.

Whatever I do I'll make sure it's for the benefit of everyone. Maybe I'll get to see where they hide the drug for the cure of AIDS and don't want to share wit the rest of the world. Or maybe discover secret plans to hurt certain group of people and destroy it before it initialize. I'll just do great things that I always dream of doing. But I know that one day I'm going to fulfill my dreams cuz "quitters don't win and winners don't quit."

Since light would pass right through you're retnina like the rest of your body, without reacting, if you were invisilble you would also be blind.
