because our gov't is greedy. and the simple fact that we ar still claiming us citizanship. so we are obligated to pay. at least that's what JAG told me. i think its a load of crap.

I guess so that it is not advantageous to live out of the country while still being a US citizen. I can't say that I agree with the concept.

Actually ... you may not have to pay taxes if you are able to show that you are paying taxes in the country you are currently residing. Same case is with Canada too.

They can't and it's totally stupid. However do more reasearch depending on which state the person is listed as a member of also depends on their taxes, some don't have to at all.

I spent 2 years overseas working gov contracts and got nearly all tax free! And stop complaining. We have the best roads in the world. And the best police forces. And the best public services. And so on. This is why. If we were in a socialist European nation we'd be paying 50% in taxes for other people's medical, so be happy.

Right on Tyrone. I supposed it'll be good for most of these complaining Americans to get to see the other side of the world to make them appreciate what they have. We definitely have the best roads. Our freeways are a heck safer then theirs, easy access on things we need,and prices of food,clothing,vehicles,etc affordable. We are so spoiled in the States. Maybe that's the problem.
