He probably means that all you'll ever be to him is a Friend and sister.
On the other hand my husband always tells me to remember that I've got a brother who loves me.(I'm an only child and he's taken up the role of a protective brother quite well)

Well if a guy calls you his sister I think he wants you to know you are good friends and you could be his sister.

It depends if u guys are old friends from school or not i have girls that i growed up with that i truly consider like my sisters no kissy face or any of that involded so he really like u as his sister thats all no incest hun he is your tru brother in god's eyes anyway.

That depends on how he says it. If he says you are like a sister to him, he cares for you, but he's not interested in you.
If he says "Hey sister, what's up?" he's just doesn't remember your name and is trying to be cool. Also - watch to see how often he calls other girls sister.

He is simply shifting his loyalties/ rather he should hve been frank enough to tell u the truth/Just keep mum n dont remind him of any past/live ur life in ur own way/ tommorrow is always another day//Trust urself only/ Why question him/let him behave the way he likes. but forget ur past/ this is the end.

well he might but any girl i call my siiter and she does not have a serious relationship; we might go out at last cos for me to call her that that means she is someone i like but something must hv made us not to b more than brother-sister thing cos we might likely get to b; I know a lot i called that and we had a fling;
